2. What are your areas of expertise?

Surelaw is a boutique law firm specializing in corporate practice with emphasis in documentation, negotiation and corporate housekeeping. Our lawyers also sit as directors and/or corporate secretaries of both listed and family-owned companies.

3. What if we need a labor lawyer or employment-related assistance?

Surelaw provides general labor and employment legal advice as a necessary part of corporate practice. However, if the problem involves a labor case or may lead to a labor suit, we can, with your consent, refer the matter to one of several law firms specializing in labor and employment cases.

4. What if we need to file suit against another party?

We can advise on the merits of a lawsuit and the advantages and/or disadvantages of any course of action. However, we would again refer any actual lawsuit or legal proceedings to a lawyer specializing in such cases.

5. Are you affordable?

We charge on a per hour basis of US$100.00/hour, the smallest fraction thereof is 6 minutes. However, in special projects requiring extensive services, we can arrange a package rate. For larger companies, Surelaw can be engaged on monthly retainers for corporate secretarial work. You will find our rates very affordable compared to the big law firms in the country.
